Live fully in each moment and enjoy!
Don't let the "little things" become major blocks to your Fowler experience
Be open, flexible and challenged.
Be open to explain tough situations to fellow staff--community is important.
Be prepared to joyfully give extra to other areas.
Center camp free-time is VITAL for making camper connections!

Always remember to be positive, empower others to be able to lead, talk with people, listen to people and remember campers at week #80 are having their first week at camp.
Take breaks regularly even if you don't feel you need it at the time.
It's an incredible experience!
See Jesus in each camper, volunteer and staff you encounter--and treat them that way
SLEEP!!
Have fun while it lasts!! If staff gets along well, and works well together, and has fun together, then everything goes really smoothly! Live each moment fully because the present is what matters with the kids. "For we walk by faith, not by sight."
Plan ahead!! Always have ten things in your back pocket to rely on.
Be aware of your surroundings. Don't take for granted what will soon be gone.
Take things slow! Never be in too much of a hurray.
Keep God as the purpose and focus and the reason you're at camp
Don't drop the motor in the lake
