Probably Fowler's best kept secret. Our Adult Getaway is our longest running retreat, celebrating its 25th year this fall.

The week starts on Sunday evening with a wonderful dinner goes until Wednesday lunch. All of the meals are made by the Fowler staff and accomodations are in the beautiful "CHI RHO HOUSE", with its 12 semi-private rooms, each with a bathroom and shower. The Great Room, with its massive fireplace and picture windows make anytime, day or night, comfortable and special.

Leading this year's will be Rev. Nancy Ryan, who graced us with her presence last year. She will explore the book, When Steeples Cry by Jako Hamman. As a pastor of a small Mohawk Valley church, Nancy will challenge us as we live with memories of much that is lost to live into what God has prepared for us in the future.

Other leaders will be Kent Busman, Fowler director for over 20 years, and Lindsay Close, Fowler's summer assistant director. Activities such as hiking, kayaking, star watching, storytelling, and enjoying the beauty of the Adirondacks in autumn await those who come.
