Fowler Camp and Retreat Center offers rental facilities for your use. 

Our facilities include: 

• Chi Rho House (lodging up to 24, meals, meeting room, game room, dining hall)
• Pine Lodge (full kitchen, lodging up to 20, three bedrooms with bunk beds, central meeting area)
• Troost Lodge (full kitchen, lodging up to 10, two bedrooms with bunk beds, central meeting area)
• Cabins (available off season only, 15 cabins with 10 beds in each, camp bunk beds, half bath, no heat)
• Fenimore Dining Hall (available with or without kitchen use, seats 200, available off season)
• Chapel-By-The- Lake (available off season, seats 200)
• Vrede & Skennen Prayer Cabins (for personal retreats, one bedroom, efficiency kitchen, full bath)

Reservations can now be requested via the form below and can be used for reservation requests more than a month in advance. Requests less than a month away must be made over the phone by calling 518-631-6789.

Before requesting a reservation please consider the following:

• Review the live online calendar for possible availability. Available dates on the online calendar are NOT guaranteed available at the time of placing your reservation.
• All reservations must be confirmed within one month of placement with a non-refundable reservation fee or payment in full. Each lodge has its own applicable fee: review the side bar for fee structures.
• Reservations may be made up to 2 years in advance.
• A Chi Rho reservation requires a deposit due of $400 to confirm within one month of placing the reservation. This deposit is not refundable. Chi Rho Lodging balance due is requested prior to event arrival when ever possible. Other wise payment arraignments must be made by calling 518-631-6789 and speaking with the administrator. Balance due payments will no longer be accepted at camp. 
• Pine and Troost Lodge require payment in full within in one month of placing the reservation and is non-refundable. 
• We accept checks and credit cards.
• All payments are to be sent to the Camp Fowler Office: 1790 Grand Blvd., Schenectady, NY 12309. Please do not leave payments at camp or with the camp manager.

Camp Fowler is a not-for-profit organization within the Reformed Church in America. Our primary ministry is to provide camping and retreat opportunities, primarily through our summer camp program. Please know that your use and rental of camp facilities is one way to make a special difference in a child's life. If you look through our website, you will see the many faces of children and adults who hold this camp closely in their hearts. *No minimum occupancy requirements apply: arrival - 5pm on Friday, departure - Sunday 11am. Non-refundable payment in full due within 1 month of placing reservation. Weekday rates are $30 per person per night and must meet minimum occupancy rates: Pine = 10, Troost = 4.

CHI RHO LODGE

(Please READ - NEW RATE STRUCTURE)

Chi Rho weekend rentals fees are now easier! Arrival time is Friday at 5pm, departure is Sunday at 1pm. Fee includes 5 meals. A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm Chi Rho reservations and due within 1 month of placing the reservation.

Chi Rho Flat Rate Weekend Fee for 12 - 19 attendees = $140 per person, per weekend.

Chi Rho Flat Rate Weekend Fee for 20 or more up to 26 attendees = $120, per person, per weekend.

Chi Rho Flat Rate Midweek Fee = $75 per person, per night and includes 3 meals if minimum occupancy (6) is met: less than minimum occupancy fee is still $75.

Rental balance due is due 1 month prior to occupancy and is based on the minimum occupancy of your group size as well as the pricing structure in place at the time of occupancy: this balance due is non-refundable. Attendee counts of more than the minimum are due paid within one week of your event.

Fowler does not reimburse for attendees who withdraw. Actual attendee counts are due 2 weeks prior to arrival for meal planning purposes.

VREDE & SKENNEN PRAYER CABINS

By donation only: suggested donation $75 per night. 

FENIMORE HALL

(Seasonal Availability- NOT Heated)

$900 per occasion.

CHAPEL-BY-THE-LAKE

(Seasonal Availability- NOT Heated)

$600 per occasion.
