Parent Information
Thanks for letting us take care of your child for a week this summer. To make that easier for us all, we've put some information together for you!
All campers must have standing orders signed by a physician on file. (This is on the backside of the camper registration)
All medications must come in original prescription bottle with proper dosage labeled and must be turned in to the Fowler Nurse at registration. You will need to bring written authorization stating times nurse should administer medication.
New York State Department of Health guidelines state that food shall not be kept in cabins. Do not bring or send food and candy.
Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. on Sunday . When picking up or dropping off campers, overnight accommodations are available in Chi Rho House, campsites or cabins. Contact the main office (518) 374-4573 for availability and reservations.
Pick up time is at 10:00 a.m . on Saturday morning. Pick up Incamp campers at their assigned cabin. Pick up Outcamp campers at Fenimore dinning Hall.
Worship is Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel-by-the-Lake. All are welcome.
Lunch is available following worship in Suits Hall. Donations accepted.

CAMPER CHECKLIST
(Campers supplies should fit into one duffel bag or suitcase)
Comfortable clothing that you can play in
Warm sweater/jacket/rain gear
Towel/bathing suit (no two-piece or bare midriff)
Sneakers (plus an extra pair for a rainy day or canoeing)
Hiking boots (optional)
Nicer outfit for Friday night worship (optional)
Towel/wash cloth
Sleeping bag/pillow/toilet articles
Daypack (small, to help on day trips or carrying things around camp)
Flashlight
Camera/film (if you want to take pictures)
Insect repellent/sunscreen/water bottle
Bible/notebook/pencil/pen
Money for snacks, postcards/postage or souvenirs from the store. The store is open daily.
Money for special offering Friday night worship
Fishing pole/ tackle box (to use during free time) optional
PUT YOUR NAME OR INITIALS ON EVERYTHING
Unclaimed articles will not be kept if left for more than one week
