Add Prayer Cabins for Individuals and Small Groups

Two log cabins will be built to house summer volunteers and serve as retreat space for individuals and small groups in other seasons. These cabins will be winterized. The cabins will be "rustic" in order that the users will not be distracted. However, each will be heated, have electricity, a small kitchenette and bathroom.
