Welcome to Family Camp Registration

Registration for Family Camp is now done directly through our website on the simple form provided in the Family Camp Registration link. Once completed and submitted, it is received in the Fowler business office via email. Your submission form is held "PENDING" until the non-refundable deposit is received. The non-refundable deposit of $100 or payment-in-full of $360 per attending Adult is due in the Fowler Business office within two weeks of placing the reservation at which time we will CONFIRM your reservation by email. We accept credit card and check payments.

REQUIRED: Please download the "Family Camp Consent Agreement" from the column to the right. This form must be read, completed and submitted along with your deposit for Family Camp.

FAMILY CAMP POLICY: Please review:

  1. You can now choose to reserve one of the following: a cabin in the BOYS area or a cabin in the GIRLS area or a room in Chi Rho Lodge. You can only pick one. Please note that the fee applies only to the Boys or Girls cabins. Chi Rho rooms have a different fee schedule. For Chi Rho Family Camp Lodging the fee is $125 per person plus Family Camp Registration fee.
  2. All registrations are handled on a first come, first served basis. Until you receive a CONFIRMATION from camp your reservation is not secure. Confirmation requires that both the deposit (or payment-in-full) is received in the office as well as the availability of your requested lodging.
  3. As an area of lodging becomes full the form below will list that area as WAIT LISTED. If another area is not wait listed you may choose lodging in that area to confirm with. If you place yourself on a wait list please do not send a registration deposit payment. If a lodging space becomes available we will contact you directly at which time the deposit will be required.
  4. You may list another specific family to share your cabin with on the registration form. That other family must too list you on their registration form. Remember there are 10 beds in each cabin. Family Camp is very popular. Your willingness to share with friends is greatly appreciated.
  5. If you are a family of under 5 and you are open to sharing the remaining 5 beds with another family please indicate so on the form. Indicate this in the appropriate space on the registration form only if you are willing to share but you don't have a particular family in mind. Family Camp is very popular. Your willingness to share so another family can attend is greatly appreciated.
  6. Medical forms (immunizations and O-T-C forms) are not required for Family Camp.
  7. Family Camp Fee per adult includes 3 immediate family children. 2 parents and 6 of their combined children are included in this fee. If you wish to bring another child who is not in your immediate family, each child has an additional fee of $260 to attend Family Camp. Medical information including an immunization list and O-T-C form may be required as well.
  8. Camp Fowler does not allow any non-registered overnight guests.
  9. Day visitor passes are available on a limited basis and require Camp Director approval. Please inquire at 518-631-6789 to request a day pass. A fee for approved Day Visitor Passes apply: $50.

  3. DOWNLOAD Complete and Sign "Family Camp Consent Agreement".
  4. MAIL Non-Refundable Deposit & Consent form to Fowler Business office.
